TELL US YOUR STORIES
In a world where Christian writers especially short story writers are struggling to share their creative writing, we are excited to read and share your short stories. It could be a short fiction or non-fiction story ranging from 1000 to 10,000 words.
SHORT STORY SUBMISSION GUIDELINE:
- All submission must be original content
- Short story must be at least 1000 words and not more than 10,000 words
- Submissions are free and we will give full credit to the author
- Authors are not paid for submissions
- State the title, word count and genre
- No profane language is allowed in any submission. We will not post any writing with demeaning words or things that do not glorify God
- Let your writing be properly edited before submission. Do not send a rough draft
- All writings must be submitted as a Word document, using Arial font, with a font size of 12
- The Word document must be a single line spacing with no extra spaces between paragraphs
- If there’s a scene break, indicate by inserting a hashtag sign (#) on the left margin of the page
- Add a short Bio including your contact.
- Add a cover picture of your choice for each story you write. Credit all online downloaded pictures and send us the link to the download.
- If you have given the same material to other channels for publication, let us know when you turn in a submission.
- If your work is accepted by other channels before us, please inform us immediately.
Fiction and Non-Fiction submissions: Send your short stories, one at a time as Microsoft Word attachments to [email protected]. We read all submissions within ten business days and will contact you if your work has been selected.
OTHER BLOG CATEGORIES:
- An original blog post of at least 500 words is accepted. Chose from our categories above and share on the one that best inspires you.
- Submit as a word document to [email protected]
- Add a bio and profile picture if it’s your first time sharing with us.
- Add a cover photo for your post.
